At Vintage Frames Company, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear purchase. If your frames aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, original-condition items.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the eyewear back in its original designer case and protective packaging to ensure the frames are not damaged during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
